17:25. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಕ್ರಮಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಯೆಹೋವನು ಸಿಂಹಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಈ ಸಿಂಹಗಳು ಆ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದವು.

17:25. When they first moved in, they did not worship the LORD. So the LORD sent lions among them and the lions were killing them.
